Made a trip to Coffee Bean to savor their best selling Cheesecake, the satiny, melt-in-the mouth Chicago Cheesecake is awesome! I am kinda addicted to cheesecake. Got hold of this New York style cheese cake recipe and decided to bake. This cheesecake has a little of cake-like texture. Could it be because of the small amount of flour being used? Or could it be that I have overbaked? Well, I will need to bake one that do away with flour to see the difference…Overall, the cake is yummy!
