Pandan Chiffon Cupcake

These 2 cuppies were made using the remaining batter from pandan chiffon cake.  Fortunately they turned out as light and airy as what’s expected from a chiffon.

  1. one day i shall try baking chiffon in cupcakes…maybe a small recipe first…it may seems a little tedious to scoop the batter into the cupcake liners.
